About The DV Collective

The DV Collective works alongside frontline domestic and family violence organisations across Australia, including women’s shelters, case management services, legal support providers and specialist family violence services.

Rather than duplicating the work of these organisations, The DV Collective helps identify gaps in funding, resources and capacity and connects frontline services with businesses, donors and community partners that can help meet those needs.

Their work supports practical initiatives such as providing safe beds, linen and essential items for shelters, improving crisis and transitional accommodation, and helping frontline organisations increase their capacity to support more women and children.

At the heart of their work is a simple but important goal: to help ensure every woman and child experiencing domestic and family violence can access safety and support when they need it.

Our partnership

The DV Collective became Accor’s inaugural Australian charity partner under the Accor Community Fund, creating opportunities for hotels and Heartists across Australia to raise funds, provide essential resources, volunteer and increase awareness of domestic and family violence.

At Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport, we are proud to build on this partnership within our own community.

Through our current campaign, a $2 added contribution from participating stays will support The DV Collective and the work they do with frontline services across Australia.

While $2 from one stay may seem small, collectively these contributions can help provide practical resources and support that make a meaningful difference for women and children seeking safety.
