Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is until 11:00 am.
What are your payment options?
The hotel accepts cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards. Credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of up to 1.4% in addition to the total amount payable.
What are your check-in requirements?
For a seamless arrival, please be informed of the hotel’s check-in requirements for all guests.

Can you store my luggage if I arrive early?
Same-day arrivals and departures are welcome to leave their luggage with the Reception team.
What if I arrive late at night?
No worries, Reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I get an early check-in or a late check-out?
Early check-in and late-checkout are subject to room availability. Fees may apply. Please contact Reception for details.
Can I request a high floor?
A high level room is subject to room availability and is not guaranteed but we endeavour to accommodate requests where possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00, up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets, with the exception of service and medical animals.
